Payment Notice and Terms of Use

Fees and billing cycle: The fee for the selected plan (VAT included) is charged on a monthly or annual cycle.
Automatic renewal: This Service uses recurring payments (subscription). Unless you cancel, the fee for the selected plan is automatically charged on the day after your service period ends, and your service period is renewed. We will email you the scheduled payment date and amount 7 days before the payment date. If a renewal payment fails, recurring payment stops and use of the plan ends.
How to cancel: You can cancel at any time at My Page > Current Plan > Cancel Plan. You can withdraw the cancellation until the end of your service period.
Effect of cancellation: After cancelling, you can use the Service until the end of the service period already paid for, and you will not be charged from the next payment. (If you request a refund, the plan ends at the time of the request and is shown as "Refund in progress" until the refund is completed.)
Refund policy
- General: If you have not used the Service within 7 days from the payment date (including the payment date), you will receive a full refund. If you have used it, the used portion is deducted from the refund.
- Monthly: If you cancel after 7 days for reasons not attributable to the Company, you can use the Service until the end of the current billing cycle, and the remaining period is not refunded.
- Annual: If you cancel after 7 days for reasons not attributable to the Company, the balance after deducting the used portion is refunded (no penalty).
- The used portion is the greater of the amount corresponding to the period of use and the amount corresponding to the Credits used, calculated based on the amount actually paid.
- Full refunds within 7 days can be requested at My Page or via [Contact Us]; other refunds can be requested via [Contact Us].
Credits: Credits granted through plan payments currently have no expiration date and can be used while subscribed to the Pro plan or higher. Remaining Credits continue to be retained after a paid plan ends normally upon expiration of its term (including mid-term cancellation for a monthly plan), and Credits granted through a payment are reclaimed when that payment is refunded.
Payment processing: Payments are processed through Toss Payments Co., Ltd. Card information is managed by Toss Payments, and the Company does not store full card numbers or CVC.
